Built on passion, purpose, and community, Localluv is known for delivering high-end hair services while fostering a warm, welcoming environment where both clients and stylists thrive. Our team specializes in extensions, precision haircutting, lived-in color, custom blonding, curl services, and alternative haircuts. Every service is thoughtfully customized, with a strong focus on hair health, technique, and long-term results. Localluv Salon is a fully educating salon, complete with an in-house classroom and a structured associate program designed to mentor, train, and elevate the next generation of stylists. Our team is constantly investing in continued education to ensure we stay ahead of trends, techniques, and industry standards. Founded by Meghan Quinn, an 8x Best of Delaware Best Stylist winner with over 20 years in the industry, Localluv Salon was created from a place of resilience, growth, and an unwavering love for this craft. Meghan Quinn
Master Colorist/Precision Haircutting Artist and LocalLuv salon owner, Meghan is a 8x Best of Delaware Best Stylist winner and a Delaware Bussiness Times Top 40 under 40 winner. She specializes in “lived in color”, grey blending and precision hair cutting. Meghan has been in the industry for 21 years and when she is not behind the chair she is a single mom of 2 teenage girls and thriving as a female entrepreneur.

I create customized color by adjusting my placements, formulas and techniques; this will allow creative play by enhancing pops of dimension or finishing with a soft blended color. Although I do specialize in dimensional color, I also do blowouts, thermal styling, woman’s cuts conditioning/ bond repair treatments and updos. My name is Rubi, I am a passionate and dedicated Salon Associate at LovalLuv. I graduated from Schilling-Douglas with an eye for detail and a love for the beauty industry. I assist with everything in the salon from maintaining a clean and organized salon space to helping out with clients where is needed, ensuring each client leaves happy with their new look.
