Our team specializes in extensions, precision haircutting, lived-in color, custom blonding, curl services, and alternative haircuts. Every service is thoughtfully customized, with a strong focus on hair health, technique, and long-term results. Localluv Salon is a fully educating salon, complete with an in-house classroom and a structured associate program designed to mentor, train, and elevate the next generation of stylists. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY We value your time and the time our stylists reserve specifically for you. Our goal is to provide every guest with the time, attention, and experience they deserve while also protecting the time our stylists have thoughtfully reserved for each appointment. A holding deposit is required for all services to reserve your appointment. Your deposit secures the time reserved specifically for you and is applied toward your total service cost at checkout. We understand that unexpected circumstances and emergencies can happen, and we recognize that not every situation can be anticipated 72 hours in advance. While our cancellation policy is in place to protect the time our stylists have reserved for each guest, we also understand that life happens. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the salon. We ask that you communicate with us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises so we can determine the best way to handle your appointment. COLOR SERVICES Because color appointments reserve an extended amount of time on our stylists’ schedules, we require 72 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a color service. 72 hours before your appointment: Your holding deposit will be forfeited. A new holding deposit will be required to reserve another appointment. 48 hours before your appointment: Your holding deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. If rescheduling, a new holding deposit will also be required to reserve your new appointment.  24 hours before your appointment or a no-show: Your holding deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. A new holding deposit will be required before booking another appointment. A new holding deposit is required to reserve a new appointment following a late cancellation or reschedule. In HAIRCUTS, BLOWOUTS & STYLING SERVICES We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will forfeit the holding deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reserve another appointment. Cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. EXTENSION SERVICES A non-refundable holding deposit is required for all extension services and is applied toward your service total at checkout. Extension hair must be purchased in full and is non-refundable. Due to the extended amount of time reserved for extension appointments, we require 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations/reschedules within 72 hours or no-shows will result in a 75% charge of the scheduled service total. LATE POLICY We value your time and the time of our stylists. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment out of respect for the next guest’s reserved time. If an appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, the applicable cancellation/rescheduling policy will apply. Please plan accordingly to ensure you receive the full experience we’ve prepared for you. REDO & SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY At Localluv Salon, we want every client to leave feeling confident and happy with their service. If you have a concern with your hair, please contact the salon within 7 days of your original appointment so we have the opportunity to address it. Redo requests must be related to the original service and consultation. If you decide you would like a different color, cut, tone, length, or overall result than what was originally agreed upon, this is considered a new service and will be charged accordingly. Please keep in mind that corrective color, major transformations, blonding services, and certain color goals may require multiple appointments to achieve safely. If this was discussed during your consultation, additional sessions are not considered a redo. We ask that you contact us before making any adjustments yourself or visiting another salon. Once the hair has been altered by another stylist, salon, or at home, we are unable to offer a complimentary adjustment. All redo requests are reviewed by salon management and may require photos or an in-person consultation before an appointment is scheduled. Localluv Salon does not offer refunds on completed services. When appropriate, we are happy to provide a complimentary adjustment in accordance with this policy.
