Master Artist, Colorist and LocalLuv salon owner, Meghan is an 8x Best of Delaware Best Stylist winner. Meghan has been in the industry for 17 years and when she is not behind the chair she is mom to her two little girls. Meghan never had intentions of ever of doing hair and actually fell into the business while going to school for nursing. When she fell upon some hard times in her life, she was presented with an opportunity to work in a salon as a shampoo tech. She was a college dropout with little guidance and no direction and stumbled upon this career path that led her to where she is today. Meghan is an 8x Best of Delaware winner and has won multiple awards for her social media talents and portfolio of wedding hair. Owning a salon was never something that she ever thought could happen in her life, but with 17 years of hard work and never giving up, today she’s the owner of LocalLuv salon in Newark De.
Meghan loves what she does with all of her heart and soul — she gives all of herself to her clients and does her absolute best for them every single time. Seeing people smile and walk out the door happier than they were when they came in, and building relationships with people that usually last for many years, is the ultimate gift she gets from this industry. The salon started as a dream and has now become a reality — and it’s very surreal.
Cancellation Policy
Policy:
A deposit is required to book and will go toward your service. Cancellations or changes within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit is needed to reschedule. For cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows, 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file.
Extensions:
A non-refundable deposit is required for all extension services will apply to your service. Hair is purchased during the consultation and is non-refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours will result in a 50% charge.
LATE POLICY
We value your time and the time of our stylists. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your visit entirely out of respect for the next guest’s time. Repeated lateness may result in a required deposit for future bookings.
